If you don't believe me ask Todd at World Gemological Institute in Newport Beach. He saw 1st hand the falsified appraisal paperwork produced by Baca Jewelers. I would not trust anything in his store or anything that comes out of his mouth - a desperate crook and swindler trying to get by in a bad economy by deceiving his customers.
