  So the guy responded below but I don't believe my review is unfair because I explained that this review is just about comparison to other shops. I also don't see what is inaccurate or untrue. I talked to the guy from Wedding Tropics on the phone for a while and I wanted to be supportive but my review is unfortunately still negative because his business practices are just not good for the customer. I would not recommend anyone shopping here when other companies offer much better return/exchange policies. If you do shop here, be very careful about the return and exchange policy and the sizing. We followed the measurement instructions EXACTLY for my husband (see photos below) and though the sizing sounded off, we ordered according the guidelines anyway and the pants are too large in the waist. We cannot exchange them because *ANY inseam besides an unhemmed 36" is considered custom and cannot be exchanged. Although this information is stated clearly in several places on the site, it remains a problem for the purchaser. The pants can be returned for a 15% restocking fee. I have not encountered a restocking fee such as this even though we shop nearly exclusively online. The owner explained that this fee covers his shipping costs. When I pointed out that we pay for shipping both ways, and asked what cost he is referring to, he never answered my question. He did explain how difficult inventory management is for a small business, which I am empathetic towards; however, his approach makes returns and exchanges a problem for the customer and to me that makes a shop undesirable. Not to mention the fact that the pants did not match the measurement chart and had absolutely no labeling or tags in them at all. Lastly, I understand how devastating reviews can be to a company but asking me to change my review so that you can proceed to help me is simply unethical, end of story. Because competitor shops offer inseam selection with free returns or exchanges, out of consideration to the members of your wedding party, I would suggest shopping somewhere with more generous policies to save people hassle and money. PS- the guy says they don't use product from china but check out my screen shots below and decide for yourself
